1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Tackle Secure website (tacklesecure.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website.

2. Online Shop Terms

Eligibility:

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

Account Security:

• You are responsible for maintaining your account security
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to disable accounts at our discretion

3. Products and Pricing

Product Information:

• We strive for accurate product descriptions and images
• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings
• Dimensions and specifications are approximate
• We reserve the right to discontinue products without notice

Pricing:

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR)
• Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable
• Shipping costs are calculated separately (see Shipping section)
• We reserve the right to change prices without notice
• Errors in pricing will be corrected when identified

4. Orders and Payment

Order Process:

• Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it
• Orders are confirmed by email upon successful payment
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• Orders may be cancelled if product is unavailable or pricing error

Payment Methods:

• Bank Transfer (EFT): Available for all orders
• Cash on Pickup: Available for local pickup orders only
• Payment must be completed before order processing
• Bank transfers must reflect in our account within 48 hours

Shipping Costs (PAXI - Pep to Pep):

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Areas:

• We ship throughout South Africa via PAXI
• International shipping is not currently available
• Remote areas may have longer delivery times

Delivery Times:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• Shipping time: 3-5 business days via PAXI
• Delays may occur during holidays or unforeseen circumstances
• Tracking information provided via email

Local Pickup:

• Available by arrangement in Western Cape
• Pickup location provided upon order confirmation
• Valid ID required for order collection
• No shipping charges for pickup orders

6. Returns and Refunds

Defective Products:

• Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required
• We will arrange collection and replacement

Returns Process:

• Contact us at jnkritz@mweb.co.za to initiate return
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Refunds processed within 14 business days
• Refunds issued via original payment method

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized products
• Products damaged through customer misuse
• Products not in original condition

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• Product designs and descriptions
• Website layout and design
• Trademarks and brand names

are the property of Tackle Secure or its licensors and are protected by South African and international intellectual property laws.

Note: Tackle Secure is a fully developed, tested, and protected product in South Africa. All manufacturing assets and rights are included.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with website security or performance
• Use automated systems to access the website
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post false or misleading information

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of products
• We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control
• Products are for recreational use - users assume all risks

Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008: These terms do not affect your statutory rights under South African consumer protection laws.
